Here I will occasionally (more likely regularly) write, rant and have ideas & god knows what else about how we navigate where tech intersects with operational resilience, strategy, innovation and a heap of other stuff!!!

What is some of the key stuff that interests me & forms part of my day to day focus in my day job – well here goes:

​

• Technology Operational Resilience / Business Resilience: Building fortresses against disruption. What tools & strategies do we need to weather any storm, from market fluctuations to cyberattacks, and emerge stronger on the other side.

• Strategy, Architecture & Innovation: What’s great, what’s not, where should we be heading, where does FUD exist and how do we bring strategy & innovation together….

• Automation, Process Design & working smart: Everyone bangs on about automation but doing it smart, right and allowing to scale in an org with consistent approaches processes and tooling is hard – love tracking this stuff!

• Controls Testing's Microscope: As regulation and risk focus increases – what can we do to think about risk / controls / compliance in a different and more progressive manner – one this is for sure – this cannot scale by people alone….

• Financial Regulations' Maze: what is going on in the landscape of financial regulations and what do we need to think about from a tech & business perspective?

• Cloud: What is really going on out there / what’s good, great and outright pants!!!
